LARKHALL POOL

Larkhall Pool is our newest fishing pool, the pool is about 1.5 acres, set in about 4 acres of moorland with views over looking the Roaches, there are 35 well spaced pegs with depths of between 4-7ft, there is also a car park next to the pool that will take 14-16 cars.
The pool is stocked with a good mix of species with the main one being Carp with some now wieghing 13lbs+, Bream are also in good number to 3.5lb. The other species are Tench, Barbel, Roach, Rudd, Perch, Chub and Crucian carp.
Most modern methods work on this water, pole, method, waggler and feeder, with sweet corn, pellet, meat and maggot. And for those that fish for carp behind two rod setups with out much success or just need to feel a bend in the rod, then come and have a go. they may not be big but they will give you a good fight
Match record 101.04 lbs by Neil Dimmick 2021

The matches are also getting some good nets of fish with 80lb nets are needed for a top three place and a new club match record of 101.04lbs. Also Chub are being caught with a few Tench showing.
